Welcome to ServiRx, a cloud-based pharmacy inventory management software powered by AI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ServiRx platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using ServiRx, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

1. Definitions

  • Company refers to ServiRx.
  • User refers to any individual or organization using the Service.
  • Software means the ServiRx platform and related modules.
  • Subscription means paid recurring access plans.
  • White-Label means customized usage under your brand.

2. Eligibility

To use ServiRx, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a registered business or authorized representative
  • Use the platform for lawful pharmacy operations only

3. Service Scope

ServiRx provides features including:

  • Inventory tracking and stock management
  • Sales and billing
  • Online and offline order management
  • Patient and customer records
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Multi-store support
  • AI-based recommendations

We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Access is provided via Subscription and White-Label plans
  • Payments are made in advance
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Pricing may change with notice
  • Non-payment may result in suspension

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Do not sell illegal or banned medicines
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Responsible for account activity
  • No misuse or fraudulent behavior

6. Data Ownership & Usage

  • You retain ownership of uploaded data
  • We process and store data for operations
  • No marketing resale without consent
  • Anonymized data may be used for improvements

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content belong to ServiRx.

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Modify or resell software
  • Use branding without permission

8. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential business information unless legally required to disclose.

9. Third-Party Integrations

  • We are not responsible for third-party failures
  • External security/privacy practices are separate
  • User must verify compliance before enabling

10. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for revenue or data loss
  • No liability for incorrect user data
  • No liability for downtime outside our control
  • No indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability limited to last 3 months of payments.

11. Termination

  • Violation of Terms
  • Security threats
  • Non-payment

Users may terminate via written request. Data retention follows Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved under local jurisdiction through arbitration.

13. Modifications

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Communication
